Riverhurst has for sale several lots in the village.
Lots are sold under the following conditions:

• serviced lot - $7,000.00 for a 50' lot
• unserviced lot - $5,000.00 for a 50' lot
• if the lot needs water and sewer installed to the lot - there will be one year of free taxes; purchaser of the lot pays for installing the water and sewer lines from the mains into the lot
• mobile trailer homes may be placed on the lots but they cannot be more than seven years old
• if an old house is moved onto the lot, the house must be upgraded
• a cheque for the full amount must accompany the option to purchase
