    Live Band, dancing, perogies and sausages... and beer of course. Community Hall, Riverhurst. Doors open at 7:00 pm, Oktoberfest food at 8:00 pm, Glenna Switzer and Band starts at 9:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased from members of Communities in Bloom Committee or at the Village office.

    Riverhurst was one of 150 communities across Canada selected for a tree planting initiative by Tree Canada, supported by the Government of Canada and CN. Join us at 1pm for the unveiling of a Recognition Plaque north of Main Street, followed by coffee/tea and edibles at the Diefenbaker Cafe and Grill.

    The Village of Riverhurst inaugural Volunteer Appreciation Civic Holiday and our Canada 150 celebration in Kiteley Park. The Riverside Inn has a new sidewalk patio open; enjoy the festivities while enjoying a cool refreshment. Glenna Switzer, Corrinne Newton, Earl Harder & Mark Penner will be dazzling us with their musical stylings while The Hutton House B&B offers up some delicious BBQ at the Community Hall. Join us in Kiteley Park for all of these amazing festivities!
